Responsibilities: • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights to inform marketing decisions • Drive website traffic and engagement through SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media campaigns • Monitor and track performance of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to develop and optimize user experience • Develop and maintain relationships with partners and influencers to expand reach Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field • 1-2 years of experience in a growth marketing role • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of marketing automation and analytics tools Preferred Skills: • Experience with A/B testing • Knowledge of conversion optimization techniques • Experience with customer segmentation and targeting • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices
